Three things about XPLAN every Site Administrator should know
Adding fields to Client Hub - SITE ADMINISTRATOR FUNCTION ONLY
The Client Hub page of the client profile in XPLAN is a snapshot of your client's details and the recent activity on their profile.
Information about the Advice Team, client contact details, and recent notes, tasks and emails are all displayed in the Hub, and additionally, you have the option of picking up to five other fields from the client profile that can be displayed on the hub screen.
From the Hub screen you can also add notes, tasks, and emails, and view the client's contact card.
Adding frequently used websites to Site Links - SITE ADMINISTRATOR FUNCTION ONLY
XPLAN has the functionality to add external URL links of often used website in your XPLAN site so users can easily access them from within XPLAN, with the click of their mouse.
As a System Administrator you can add relevant sites to this list through the system settings in XPLAN.
Updating File Note types and subtypes in bulk - SITE ADMINISTRATOR FUNCTION ONLY
When adding bulk file notes, it sometimes happens that users can forget to add file note types and subtypes or they use the wrong ones. This can have a significant impact, especially if you are using the types and subtypes to tick off your service benchmarks for FDS purposes.
As a System Administrator you have the capability to search for affected documents and make bulk changes to file notes through the document library. These changes can be for the reference date, the subject, and the type and sub type of the note.
If you’re part of the Enzumo community you’ll also have access to our MasterXPLAN, which offers a significant amount of training material for XPLAN users. You can also speak to our team of experienced consultants.
